Tools & Equipment

We use the client’s tools and equipment for all cleaning and gardening work.

Please make sure the tools are available, functional, and safe to use.

If you need advice on what’s required, we’ll be happy to help.

 

Waste & Disposal

We do not remove green waste, rubbish, or cleaning materials.

All debris and clippings will be left neatly on site for disposal via your own bins or local facilities.

 

Access & Availability

Please ensure we can access the space at the agreed time (e.g. gate unlocked, pets secured).

If an appointment needs to be cancelled or rescheduled, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.

 

Payment

Payment is due at the end of each service unless otherwise agreed.

We accept cash, bank transfer, or Revolut.

 

Insurance

We are self-employed and insured for public liability.

Clients remain responsible for their own property and equipment.

 

Respect & Boundaries

We value clear communication and mutual respect.

If something doesn’t feel right or needs to change, let’s talk — calmly and honestly.

 

Pet Care (if applicable)

We offer short pet care visits (feeding, fresh water, litter or area cleaning).

We do not walk dogs outside the client’s property, nor host animals in our home.

We reserve the right to refuse service if the pet is aggressive or not safe to handle.

 

Weather & Safety

We may postpone outdoor services in case of dangerous weather (heavy rain, storm, frost).

If the client’s equipment is unsafe, broken, or missing, we may cancel or shorten the visit for safety reasons.

No fee will be charged if the cancellation is on our side.

 

Client Presence

You do not need to be present during the service, but we must have secure access.

If we are unable to enter the premises as agreed, and the service cannot be completed, the full fee may be due.
